ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council//Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar.
