PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Jim Hartnett, Council Member <br /> 4. INVOCATION - Pastor Dennis Logie, Sequoia Christian Church <br /> 5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Tom Cronin, board member and volunteer of CityTrees, announced that the <br /> organization will be awarded the Sustainable San Mateo County award at the dinner <br /> and ceremony on February 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Villa Hotel. He thanked the Council <br /> and community for all the support. <br /> Mike Giari, speaking on behalf of Redwood City/San Mateo County Chamber of <br /> Commerce, announced the Good Morning Redwood City event where Mayor Ira will <br /> deliver the "State of the City" address. The event is set to occur at the Sequoia Club <br /> 7:30 a.m. on January 23. He also announced the Annual Awards Dinner to be held at <br /> the Hotel Sofitel on January 29. <br /> M/S Hartnett/Howard to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br /> by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
