Insurance. Permittee shall maintain at all times during which this permit <br /> remains in effect, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, commercial general liability and <br /> property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following minimum <br /> amounts: <br /> (a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of anyone person and $1,000,000 for <br /> anyone occurrence; <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of $1 ,000,000 <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required <br /> \ - <br /> insurance or program of self-insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to <br /> occupancy of the City Right-of-Way by Permittee. In addition to the aforesaid <br /> certificates, Permittee shall file with the City Clerk endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of insurance before <br /> the expiration of 30 days after City shall have received notification <br /> thereof by first class mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> (b) Naming the City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and <br /> employees as additicnal insureds; <br /> (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, officers, <br /> boards, commissions, agents and employees shall be primary <br /> I <br /> '-- <br /> Alty/Permits/Permit.010 3 <br /> 040604 <br />
