A new grant for community building was received from $10,000 <br /> Peninsula Community Foundation. <br /> 2. Community Development Services <br /> A. Reimbursement to the City for City-provided services for the 2,533,894 <br /> Redevelopment Agency. An estimated revenue must be <br /> established to reflect this allocation in the budget. <br /> 3. Library <br /> A. Seven new grants for Project Read were received. 207,598 <br /> B. A new grant for books and materials from Redwood City 13,000 <br /> Library Foundation was received. <br /> 4. Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department <br /> A. City Council approved an agreement with the County of San 25,175 <br /> Mateo concerning maintenance of the Garfield School field <br /> under which the County will pay the City to maintain this field. <br /> '- An estimated revenue must now be established to reflect this <br /> allocation in the budget. <br /> B. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (135,000) <br /> will have a reduction in the amount received from the State of <br /> California After School Program Grant. <br /> 5. Police <br /> A. The Police Department received a grant from the Office of 64,100 <br /> Traffic Safety. <br /> B. The Police Department received a Police Athletic League 30,000 <br /> Youth Enrichment Program sub-grant. <br /> C.
