The Council approved the purchö'\e of Self-Contained Breathing . 243,765 <br /> Apparatus for the Fire Department. Funds are available in the FY <br /> 2003/04 Fire Equipment Replacement Program. An appropriation <br /> must be established so that the Fire Department may expend <br /> these funds. <br /> 2. The Council approved a new trunkline radio system provided by 33,400 <br /> the County of San Mateo in November 2002. This system will <br /> become operational in April 2004. This amount represents the <br /> maintenance fee from April through June 2004. An appropriation <br /> must be established to cover the additional costs. <br /> 3. Increased custodial costs for services provided to the Fair Oaks 14,000 <br /> Library that will be performed by City's custodial crew.
