C��2 g-Z <br /> the property owner, Hawk Hill, LLC, have requested to amend_the Map for the Town <br /> Center Sewer Assessment District, and annex their property into the Assessment <br /> District. Exhibit "A" (attached) shows the revised Woodside Town Center Sewer <br /> Assessment District boundaries, which were approved by the Town of Woodside <br /> Council on February 24, 2004, by Resolution No. 2004-6436. The Fair Oak;; Sewer <br /> Maintenance District will also have to consent to this Amendment. <br /> Presently, the Town of Woodside's sewerage flow is less than 50,750 gallons per day. <br /> It is estimated that when adding this parcel, another 250 gallons per day will be added, <br /> which is well within the agreed 100,000 gallons per day treatment capacity. <br /> Alternative <br /> The Council may choose to not approve this Amendment, but the property owner does <br /> not have any other alternative except to abandon the property. <br /> Fiscal lmpacts <br /> In accordance with the Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and Services <br /> (Town of Woodside) Agreement, Woodside will pay Redwood City the metered costs, as <br /> established by previous agreements. The costs include sewage transmission, sewage <br /> treatment fees, and sewer capacity rental.
