The Agreement is intended to govern capacity rights and services for the <br /> 8 transmission, treatment and disposal of sewage emanating from the Town's Town <br /> w Center Sewer Assessment District (TCSAD). <br /> Z 9 <br /> 0 <br /> z B. The Town Council of the Town has authorized allocation of sewer service to <br /> � 16 the Property by Resolution 2004-6436 (certified copy attached hereto as Exhibit A). <br /> 17 E. The Parties desire to amend the Agreement and add the Property to the <br /> 1 g Service Area. <br /> 19 THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED: <br /> 20 1. The Property is added to the Service Area and the map being Exhibit A <br /> 21 to the Agreement is amended accordingly. <br /> 22 2.
