EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER 1�ZAINT'ENANCE DISTRICT The parcel to be annexed is described as follows: Lot 28, Block 205 as shown on that certain map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake Subdivision Two" filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California on August 1, 1927 in Book 16 of Maps at Page 18 to 21 inclusive, and more particulazly described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence from said Point of Begi.nning: 1. South 29° 59' 30" East along said District boundary and the northeasterly li.ne of said Lot, a distant of 158.15 feet to the point in the northerly line of West California Way as said Way is shown on said map; 2. Thence leavi.ng said district boundary in a southwesterly direction along said northerly line of West California Way 94.90 feet more or less to the southerly corner of said Lot, and a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District boundary as established by Resolution No. 47528 passed and adopted on November 12, 1985; 3. Thence North 25° 51' 10" West, along said district boundaries and along the southwesterly line of said Lot; a distance of 174.36 feet to the westerly corner of said Lot and a point in said District boundary as established by Resolution No. 64075 passed and adopted on � November 14, 2000; 4. Thence North 57° OT 30" East, along said district boundary and northwesterly line of said Lot, 83 feet to the northerly corner thereof and the Point of Beginning. Containing .32 acres more or less.
