SPECIAL ORDERS: Proclamation: Kaiser Redwood City Farmers' Market Mayor Pierce read the proclamation and Marketing Manager for Kaiser Permanente Certified Farmers' Market, Christopher Hanks, thanked Council for the acknowledgement. City Attorney 5-year Service Award: Mayor Pierce acknowledged the 5-year anniversary of City Attorney Yamamoto. Council Member Aguirre has participated and passed the certification for the basic Continuing Education Program for Mayors and Council Members through the League of California Cities. The program is voluntary and has three levels: Leadership, Advanced Leadership, and Leadership in Action. Mayor Pierce congratulated and thanked her for attending the program. 6.
