Under SB 1322 (Cedillo), <br />however. local agency discretion would be limited on special needs facilities that serve seven or <br />!!!2!! people. Moreover, there is no size cap on the limit: a 200 bed facility is treated the same <br />as an eight bed facility. Additional issues include pre-emption of cell phone taxes and taxes on <br />the Internet.
