Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br /> City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br /> Priority Focus Bulletin No. 36-2006 staff to act on positions taken by Council. <br /> (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus available in City Clerk's <br /> Department.) <br /> B. City Councit Member Report of Conference/Meeting Attendance <br /> C. Council Member Bain — thanked Janet Borgens for being instrumental in <br /> organizing the City's CERT program with Sandy Paoli and Bonnie Miller. The <br /> efforts were assisted by Captain Ernie Gomez and Chief Gerry Kohlmann of the <br /> Fire Department. He furtfier thanked Ms. Borgens for providing refreshments that <br /> sustained the attendees. <br /> 9. ADJOURNMENT— 9:30 p.m. <br /> M/S to adjourn to the next City Council meeting of October 9, 2006 in memory of Geri <br /> Mayers who died on September 11, 2006.
