At pre-described intervals, vehicies and <br /> equipment undergo a thorough evaluatian, including bufi not limited to, age, miteage, <br /> condition, maintenance history, downtime, anticipaied future repairs, usage and vehicle <br /> capabilities. <br /> The totai number of police sedans in use is 32. All six of these vehicies are scheduled <br /> replacement vehicles for palice sedans currently in use in the Police Department, and <br /> a!I meet the City's �leet rep}acement criteria €or police sedans. If the City Council <br /> approves this pur�ha$e, delivery af these new �c�lECe sed�ns will take approximately <br /> 120-150 days. Tf�e ardering cut aff date is Ocfober 15, 2006. <br /> Afternatives <br /> 1. Council cauld deny this purchase. � <br /> 2.
