Pau{ Company <br /> for the improvements to Blomquist Street/East Bayshore Raad Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, said improvements are funded by a Mello Roos 8onds pursuant to <br /> Reawaad Ci#y C�mmunity Fa�+F4ities District 200Q-9; an� <br /> WHEREAS, the City entered into a New Public Highway Crossing Agreement with Union <br /> Pacific Railroad (UPRR) for the payment of modifications to the rai{road crossings at Blomquist <br /> Street, which were a part ofi th� Improvement Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Cammunity Development Services Department is requesting additional <br /> funding from the Un-appropriated Cons#ruc#ion Fund within the Pacific Shores Construction <br /> Fund in the amount af Six Thousand Six Hundrec! Ninety Seven and 48/400 Do!lars ($6,697.�48� <br /> to cover the "fiinaln bilting from the Union Pacfic Railroad (UPRR) for the costs of completed <br /> track replacement and rela#ed appurtenances on the Blomquist Street realignment. <br /> NOW, THERE�ORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWAOD CITY,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The above stated amount is hereby appropriated in the Un-appropriated <br /> Construction fund balance. <br /> 2.
