<br />6.1G <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Task 2 - Revise EIR Text <br /> <br />DBA will create a new project alternative in Section 9.0, Alternatives, and provide a qualitative discussion of <br />potential impacts. The description provided above will be used to introduce the alternative. A site plan will <br />be provided for reference purposes. Our proposed fee amendment will include costs associated with <br />modifying Section 9.0, the Executive Summary and revising the discussion referencing the "environmentally <br />superior alternative" should that be the City's preferred approach. <br /> <br />Draft material will be provided to the City for review and comment. It is assumed that one round of revisions <br />would be adequate to address comments prior to creating a draft EIR. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Rel'ise Economic Imptret Analysis <br /> <br />The economic impact analyses prepared for the project will be revised by Mundie & Associates. The scope of <br />work is provided as an Attachment 1 to this proposal. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Provide TransportaJion Analysis Support <br /> <br />We are formally requesting additional fees to cover previous out of scope work performed by Fehr & Peers in <br />the support of the CEQA review process. The justification for additional fees is provided in Attachments 2 <br />and 3 to this proposal. In addition, Fehr & Peers will provide quality assurance review for subsequent work <br />efforts on the draft EIR and attend one additional coordination meeting with Redwood City if requested. We <br />have added $2,000 to the budget amendment to cover these costs. <br /> <br />The estimated cost to perform the scope of work is $25,616.00. A cost break down is provided as Attachment <br />4.
