Only one application per qualifYing public entity will be accepted. An application may include <br />multiple tin7derived products/projects. <br /> <br />ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS/PROJECTS <br />Eligible Tire-Derived Products (TOP) are made from 100% recycled California waste tires. Tire buffings are <br />not eligible for reimbursement under the TOP Grant Program. Tire buffings may be used in the product/project, <br />but will not be reimbursed by CIWMB. <br />Note: See application cover sheet for a non-inclusive list of eligible TDPs. <br /> <br />NUMBER OF TIRES DIVERTED <br />. Minimum of2.500 CA tires diverted per proposed tire-derived products/projects <br />· An application may include multiple products/projects to achieve a combined minimum of2,500 CA tires <br />diverted <br /> <br />AVAILABLE FUNDS <br />. $ 2,400,000 available for FY 2006/2007 <br />. $ 100,000 maximum available per grant <br />. Hand delivered <br />applications will be accepted at CalIEP A Headquarters Building located at 100 I "I" Street, Sacramento, CA <br />until 3:00 p.m. on November 15.2006 September U;, 1006. Faxed or e-mailed applications wiH not be <br />accepted. Late applications will be returned and will not be considered for grant funding. <br />Applications mailed or sent by u.s. Postal Service or a commercial delivery service should be sent by a means that allows for tracking by <br />the sender and that provides an addressed and dated receipt. demonstrating mailing to the CIWMB's address.
