<br />CARS HOSTS TRAINING ON THE NEW <br />DIESEL RETROFIT RULE <br /> <br />The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is <br />providing training seminars for the Fleet Rule for <br />Public Agencies and Utilities, which is anticipated <br />to go into effect in December. <br /> <br />These training seminars are designed to help <br />provide an understanding of the compliance <br />requirements.
