Each city in San Mateo County which subscribes to the purposes of the <br />organization shall be eligible for membership. <br /> <br />(a) Participating member. Participating members are all of the Mayors and Council <br />members of the Cities of San Mateo County. <br /> <br />(b) Voting members. The Mayor of each member city in San Mateo County",shall be <br />the voting member and shall be entitled to one vote.
