<br />ATTAcHMENfP.lI B <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />LEASE AGREEMENT - COMMUNICATION SITE <br />(EMERALD LAKE HILLS WATER TANK PROPERTY) <br /> <br />THIS LEASE ("Lease"), dated <br /> <br />, 2006 is made by and between <br /> <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("Lessor") and <br /> <br />("Lessee"). <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is the owner of certain property situated 111 San Mateo <br /> <br />County, State of California, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />by reference (the "Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee is a <br /> <br />organized under the laws of the State <br /> <br />whose principal business is to provide mobile radio/telephone <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to use a portion of that certain Emerald Lake Hills <br /> <br />Water Tank Property, as described in "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br /> <br />(the "Leased Premises"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is willing to permit Lessee to lease the Leased Premises in <br /> <br />accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. PREMISES.
