<br />ATTACHMEr-R.11 B <br />Page 34 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Lease Agreement is entered into on this _ day of <br />, 2006, by and between CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California with an office of 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood <br />City, CA 94063, (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and of <br />, (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Lessee") . <br /> <br />1. Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement-Communications Facility <br />("Lease") on the _ day of , 2006, for the purpose of installing, <br />operating and maintaining a radio communications facility and other <br />improvements. All of the foregoing statements are set forth in the Lease. <br /> <br />2. The term of the Lease is for ten (10) years commencing on <br />2006, and ending on <br /> <br />3. The Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property which is the subject of the <br />Lease is described in Exhibit A annexed hereto. The portion of the Emerald <br />Lake Hills Water Tank.
