OF LAND <br />BEING A PORTION OF EMERALD LAKE HILLS <br />WATER TANK PROPERTY COMMUNICATION SITE <br />(FOR LEASE AGREEMENT) <br /> <br />The undersigned, as bidder, hereby certifies that he/she has examined the lease <br /> <br />area described in the Lease, which Lease Agreement is that certain Lease entitled "Lease <br /> <br />Agreement - Communication Site" presently on file in the office of the City Clerk and <br /> <br />approved by the City Council of the City of Redwood City by Resolution No. 14693, the <br /> <br />Instruction to Bidders, and aU lease documents on file therewith, and fully understal1ds <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof, and hereby proposes to lease the property described in <br /> <br />the Notice to Bidders and Lease Agreement from the City of Redwood City for the term <br /> <br />specified therein at the following rental: <br /> <br />Term of the Lease is Ten (10) years; Rent of $20,000.00 per Lease Year (First <br /> <br />through Fifth Lease Years); $24,000.00 ($4,000 increase; Sixth Lease Year); CPT <br /> <br />adjustment each Lease Year (Seventh through Tenth Lease Years) with annual 4% CPI <br /> <br />cap over preceding Lease Year.
