This system will
entail illuminated signage, card readers, intercoms, pay-on-foot stations, gate arms, and
all other associated equipment.

This equipment is computer-controlled and can be set for any variation in parking rates,
times of operation, validation, etc. The equipment has been installed, and the software
has been programmed to run the three facilities, in accordance with the approved plans
and specifications. In conjunction with the Parking Control Manager, AMPCO, and the
installer of the parking control equipment, McGann and Associates have worked closely
to insure the proper operation of the parking control system.

The project has been successfully completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications, for a total cost of $797,148.26. Change Orders were issued totaling
$43,485.26, which represents a 5.8% increase above the original contract amount. The
changes included providing use of credit cards for motorists at each card reader, and
providing two pay-on-foot shelters for the MiddlefieldlWinslow Surface Parking Lot.

Page 1 of2

.,....
