Adopt the resolution authorizing the City to participate in the Tire-Derived <br />Products Grant Program. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO SUBMIT THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br />AGENCY, INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD (CIWMB), AN <br />APPLICATION FOR TIRE-DERIVED PRODUCT (TOP) GRANT <br /> <br />6.3 Section - Resolutions/First Reading Ordinance <br /> <br />A. The City Council adopt a Resolution of Intention to amend the contract with <br />CalPERS to provide Government Code, Section 21574 - Fourth level of 1959 <br />Survivor Benefits for members of the International Association of Fire Fighters <br />local 2400. <br />2. The City Council Introduce the Ordinance approving and authorizing the <br />contract amendment with CalPERS to provide Government Code, Section <br />21574 - Fourth level of 1959 Survivor Benefits for members of International <br />Association of Fire Fighters Local 2400 effective January 22, 2007. <br />3.
