��2 A-4 <br /> 1. That the revised Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City, <br /> dated October 13, 2003, and on file with the City's Office of Engineering and <br /> Construction are hereby approved and adopted as the minimui:� standard specifications <br /> for the construction of public improvements in the City of Redwood City; provided, <br /> however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to limit the authority of this <br /> Council, or any commission, board or officer of the City to require higher or different <br /> � standards as may otherwise be duly authorized or required. <br /> 2. That the Director of Community Development Services or his/her <br /> designee and any and all other duly authorized officers of the City of Redwood City are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to implement the revised standards hereby approved. <br /> 3.
