With respect to professional liability insurance, Developer shall require each <br /> I Contractor, subcontractor and Consultant that is nerfortnina enqineerinq or other desian services to _,.-•'"� °aNOed °o <br /> maintain Professional Liability Insurance that provides coverage for claims arising out of errors, <br /> omissions, or negligent acts in connection with the pertormance of the Services. The professional <br /> liability insurance shall have limits of not less than $1 Million for each insured, with such limits <br /> applying separately to each insured and each policy shall be endorsed to extend the reporting <br /> period for claims arising from the Services two years from the date the Services are complete and <br /> accepted by the City or the Project is complete, whichever occurs later. <br /> E. City and Agency reserve the right to require Developer to obtain, or have its <br /> _ Contractors and Consultants obtain, additional insurance coverage, limits and/or further extensions <br /> of the reporting period. Such additional insurance shall be on forms and with insurance companies <br /> satisfactory to the City and Agency. The City and Agency shall pay the actuai cost of such <br /> additional coverage, which cost shall be subject to prior approval by the City and Agency, upon <br /> receipt of evidence that the coverage is in place and that the premium has been paid. <br /> F.
