51 . �j <br /> Attachment 1 C � ✓ � <br /> For services not set forth in section 1 of this Agreement which Attomeys are <br /> directed to render for and on behalf of the City, compensation shall be on the basis of <br /> reasonable fees to be agreed upon by the City and Attomeys. The City shall in no event <br /> be obligated to pay any such fees to Attomeys unless it has entered into a separate <br /> written agreement with Attorneys specifying the nature of the services to be provided by <br /> Attorneys and the method of determining th� fees to be paid for such services. <br /> 5. Advice and Counsel.
