<br /> (vi) all consultants' reports, studies, intemal reports, memoranda and
<br /> related documents with respect to each such project.
<br /> . (d) A description of all construction, architectural, engineering, construction
<br /> management, consulting and other contracts now in effect or currently out for bid
<br /> involving aggregate expenditures by the System in excess of $1,000,000
<br /> (e) A listing of all environmental impact plans, reports, studies, surveys and
<br /> related documents regarding any current, potential or planned projects or activities of
<br /> the System, together with a description or executive summary thereof.
<br /> (f) All collective bargaining and other agreements with labor unions or other
<br /> similar organizations representing City (and/or System) employees or which are related
<br /> to a System project, together with a description or executive summary thereof.
<br /> (g) A description of all insurance policies in effect with respect to System
<br /> facilities, personnel and operations, and a description of any self-insurance programs.
<br /> (h) A description of all consultants' reports, studies, ptans, intemal reports
<br /> and related documents regarding risk management, insurance, safety, natural disaster,
<br /> seismic risk, flood control and related matters.
<br /> (i) A description of all federal, state or local regulatory licenses, permits or
<br /> approvals related to the System's facilities and operations, a description of the status
<br /> thereof, and all correspondence and memoranda with the respective agencies with
<br /> respect thereto for the past 3 years, and the status and timing of any renewals of such
<br /> licenses, permits or approvals.
<br /> (j) A description of all System facilities including documentation relating to
<br /> all current or planned upgrade, rehabilitation or repair, if any, of all facilities.
<br /> (k) A description of all contracts, agreements and memoranda of
<br /> understanding with federal, state and local govemmental agencies and entities related
<br /> to the property, facilities or operations of the System, and correspondence and
<br /> memoranda with respect thereto for the past 3 years.
<br /> (4) Miscellaneous
<br /> (a) A description of all pending or threatened claims, litigation, regulatory and
<br /> administrative proceedings by, against or invotving the Ciry with respect to the System,
<br /> including the past, present and anticipated cease and desist orders, together with
<br /> summaries thereof for the past 3 years.
<br /> (b) All brochures, reports, newsletters and similar materials distributed to
<br /> customers, industry representatives or the public for the past 3 years.
