5�2�-3 <br /> 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council of the City of <br /> Redwood City a statement of the result of the election showing: (1) the whole <br /> number of ballots cast in the City; (2) the Measure voted upon; (3) the number of <br /> votes given at each precinct for and against the Measure; and (4) the total <br /> number of votes for and against the Measure. <br /> 6. That the City Council of the City of Redwood City submitted Measure Q to the <br /> qualified voters of the City at the election, and the Measure was not passed by a <br /> majority of voters voting thereupon. <br /> 7.
