5 I t�-10 . <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The School District agrees to provide: <br /> a) Administrative Support <br /> b) Teachers and/or Teacher Aides at each After-School Learning Site <br /> c) Supervision of the children for the Academic portion of the after-school programs <br /> d) Schedule and administer teaching programs in support of the Learning Sites <br /> e) Provide classroom space for the Academic portion of the program <br /> f) Provide transportation support to the Kennedy Middle School program <br /> The School District agrees to perform all of the services of the agreement for a sum not <br /> to exceed $131,477 including staffing salaries and bene�ts, supplies, training, insurance <br /> and materials allocated as follows: <br /> Hawes School: $27,648 <br /> Fair Oaks School: $32,250 <br /> Hoover School: $21,523 <br /> Taft School: $22,128 <br /> Kennedy Middle School: $27,928 (with $11,800 speci�cally for transportation) <br /> Atty/Agr/Agr.235 <br /> 110904 g <br />
