<br />Mayor Ira stated that the schools have endured substantial cuts over the years <br />and have reorganized and revampe..!f to accommodate but that the current cuts <br />will be staggering. He stated that the schools have shown a dramatic increase in <br />test scores but cuts have already been determined and will be implemented in <br />August leading to a negative impact. The City Council will reach out and maintain <br />the partnerships but it will take community involvement and now is the time to <br />come to the aid of those hurting in the community. <br /> <br />10.
