<br />1m plem entation of Water Financing Plan <br /> <br />Recycled Water Pricing Policy <br /> <br />The Utilities Com m ittee proposal for the pricing of <br />Recycled Water, for Council consideration is as follows: <br />. For existing industrial m eters/accounts that connect to <br />recycled water: <br />- 400/0 discount on monthly bills beginning with the <br />first billing period following connection to the <br />Recycled Water Project. <br />- Discount shall apply to prevailing drinking water <br />rates and charges in effect at the tim e of physical <br />connection and as those rates and charges m ay <br />be am ended from tim e to tim e. <br />- Custom ers will pay for and perform all facilities <br />retrofits for industrial uses. <br />
