(AT) to provide <br />engineering services for the above referenced project. <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />Provide engineering service for bidding assitance, construction administration and <br />project close out record documents <br /> <br />For the purpose of accomplishing this project, ALFA TECH offers the following services. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />1.
