Provide street bamcades for the Parade aAd Festival Area at the locations and times listed in <br />Appendix B. <br /> <br />3. Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade, Festival, Fireworks areas and other traffic <br />diversion requirements as detennined by the Police Department. Provide temporary storage of the decorated parade reviewing stand in the corporation ym;d two (2) <br />days before the event. <br /> <br />5. Install American Flags along the Parade Route immediately before the ~arade. On July 4, the flags <br />are to be removed as soon as possible after the Parade, to reduce the possibility of theft. We request <br />public works inventory existing flags and advise the PCA of the number on hand. <br /> <br />6. Use of a Fire Hydrant for Antique Fire Truck demonstration in the Festival Area following the <br />Parade on July 4. Deliver sandbags if requested by PCA, to divert water runoff from the Antique <br />Fire Truck demonstration. Specific locations and quantities of sandbags requested will be provided <br />by the PCA. <br /> <br />7. tle of parking structure on Marshall Street for Handicap and Vendor parlcing on Monday, July 4 <br />and the use of the City Parking lot at Winslow and Hamilton from 6:00 PM Sunday, July 3 until 8:00 <br />PM Monday, July 4. <br /> <br />8. No Parking in the festival area from 2:00 PM Sunday, July 3 until 8:00 PM Monday, <br />July 4. Posting of "No Parking" signs should be completed by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, June 28. <br />Enforcement of "No Parking" to begin 2:00 PM Sunday, July 3. <br /> <br />The PCA will otTer assistance to the Police Department with preparation of the NO PARKING signs. <br />We can provide pre-printed label.s to be applied to' the signs. With pennission from the Police <br />Department, we would put the labels on the signs, post the signs in accordance with current regulations, <br />and remove the signs after the event. <br /> <br />2) Traffic Diversion: <br />The following traffic diversion measures are requested for the safety of pre -event setup of booths, <br />stages, and miscellaneous facilities.
