What did you find of least value in this session, and why? <br /> <br />* Did not get enough information on the budget ahead of time. <br />- Save time by sending budget cut summaries ahead of time and only answer questions in the sessions. <br /> <br />- Need information in advance for a comprehensive budget information session. <br />* Ranking the Council priorities right away without any clear definitions, meanings, etc. <br /> <br />- Overarching guidelines are too vague. <br />- The priorities were good to do, but way too hectic and difficult without guidelines. <br /> <br />- Overarching guidelines should be set at a separate time - we need more focus on the priorities. <br /> <br />* It's too late to make a difference. <br /> <br />- All this was already decided before the meeting. <br />- Unclear about how our input will influence the budget. <br /> <br />* Format of information was bad.
