BROWNFIElDS from page 1 . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />The forum will be held on Wednesday, Octo- <br />ber 26, from 10 a.rn. to 3: 15 p.m. at the CSAC <br />Conference Center, located at 1020 11 th Street, <br />2nd Floor, in Sacramento. Panel discussions will <br />cover areas such as tribal sovereignty, tribal <br />govemance, Indian gaming facilities, developing a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between <br />govemments, local mitigation, and negotiation <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />Public safety issues such as enforcement and <br />prosecution practice will also be discussed in an <br />informational setting. A roundtable discussion on <br />opportunities beyond Indian gaming for tribes, <br />counties, and cities will conclude the event. <br />Pastries, coffee, and lunch will also be provided. <br /> <br />To register, please fax the attached registration <br />form to the attention of Katrina Thompson of <br />CSAC, at (916) 321-5048, no later than October 7. <br />Please include your name, title, and contact <br />information in the registration.
