08/11/2003 <br />for non - potable uses in a way that is both cost - effective and respectful of the concerns <br />expressed by City residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Redwood City Recycled Water Project is approved, subject to the mitigation <br />measures adopted by the Planning Commission <br />1. No above - ground storage tanks or pump stations are to be constructed <br />without prior review of detailed plans by the Planning Commission. <br />2. Staff is directed to take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to <br />implement the Redwood City Recycled Water Project. <br />3. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Determination with the San <br />Mateo County Clerk and the State of California Office of Planning and Research. The <br />City Council finds, on the basis of the Initial Study, that the project involves no potential <br />for adverse effect, either individually or cumulatively, on wildlife, makes the findings <br />specified in 14 CCR section 753.5(c), and directs that a Certificate of Fee Exemption <br />also be filed. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1418 14547 <br />081103 2 <br />
