In determining whether a particular use <br /> is ground floor dependent, consideration shall be given to the requirement of such use for <br /> ground floor visibility in commercial districts to serve patrons on an unannounced or drop -in <br /> basis, and to rely upon a product or service display in the store frontage. <br /> Health /Fitness Club (Land Use). <br /> Small. Examples of uses include personal training and yoga studios. <br /> Large. Any activity conducted within a dwelling, such as <br /> handicrafts, dressmaking, millinery, laundering, preserving, and home cooking, which meets <br /> all of the following conditions: <br /> A. The use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling for <br /> dwelling purposes. <br /> B.
