Article 30 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (example), as provided in Exhibit C. <br /> Section 4. Article 33 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (example), as provided in Exhibit D. <br /> Section 5. Article 53 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (example), as provided in Exhibit E. <br /> Section 6. Articles 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 24, 29, 31 and 35 of <br /> the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance are amended by adding the text shown in underline <br /> (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit F. <br /> Section 7. The Zoning Map of the City of Redwood City established by Article <br /> 60 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is amended as provided in Exhibit G. <br /> Section 8. This Ordinance has been reviewed with respect to applicability of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act ( "CEQA ") and the State CEQA Guidelines <br /> (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq. The City Council has <br /> considered an addendum ( "Addendum ") to the General Plan Final Environmental Impact <br /> Report adopted by Resolution No. 15059 on October 11, 2010, which Addendum found <br /> that there are no new significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously <br /> identified impacts, and that no change in circumstance has occurred with respect to the <br /> EIR and the proposed Mixed Use Corridor Zoning District or the environment affected by <br /> the project that would alter prior environmental findings, conclusions, or mitigation <br /> measures. <br /> Section 9. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for <br /> any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> portion or sections of the Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> hereby declares that it would have adopted the Ordinance and each section, subsection, <br /> sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br /> subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> Section 10. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> Section 11.
