The mitigation measure identified above would reduce the <br />potentially significant environmental impact described above to a less -than- <br />significant level by implementing best management practices and NPDES <br />practices during construction and operation to minimize the amount of debris and <br />contaminants potentially exposed to stormwater runoff. <br />XII. CUMULATIVE IMPACTS <br />Implementation of the proposed Project or the Higher Occupancy <br />Scenario in conjunction with other City- approved projects would have a <br />significant, unavoidable cumulative impact on transportation and circulation and <br />on construction noise and could have a significant, unavoidable cumulative <br />impact on water supply. These impacts are discussed more fully in Sections III, <br />V, and IX, above. <br />The environmental, economic, social and other benefits of the <br />Project override the significant cumulative impacts of the proposed Project and <br />the Higher Occupancy Scenario, as more fully stated in the Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations in Section 3 of the Resolution. <br />
