There is no staff recommendation. <br /> Mr. Malcolm Smith, Public Communications Manager, gave an overview of the survey <br /> and trends in community perception of City services. He noted that the survey will be <br /> posted online and publicized for community access and introduced two of the <br /> researchers, Brian Godbe and Amelia Davidson, to go over the presentation <br /> (presentation on file).
