One Council Member <br /> inquired about the duck hunting and how this interfaces with the work being done <br /> • onsite. The same Council Member confirmed that in 2003 the city hired a consultant to <br /> work on a document that out of 15 recommendations 14 have been accepted regarding <br /> this project. <br /> 8.
