No. 1871 recently enacted by the <br />city of Redwood City. providing for a utility. users tax. <br /> <br />We will fully cooperate with the City in the administration <br />of Ordinance No. 1871 as it pertains to charges'for gas and <br />electric service. In order to establish administrative <br />procedures to implement the ordinance which are mutually <br />satisfactory, and which are in accordance with applicable <br />tariffs on file with the California Public Utilities <br />Commission, the following arrangements are proposed.
