CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members present <br /> Staff present — Robert B. Bell, City Manager, Pamela Thompson, City Attorney, <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden, City Clerk, Deanna LaCroix, Executive Assistant to the City <br /> Manager. <br /> Others present: Barbara Britschgi, Chair Senior Affairs Commission, Warren <br /> Dale, Vice Chairperson of the Civic Cultural Commission, Richard "Dick" Claire, <br /> Vice Chair of the Port Commission and Nancy Hetrick, Management Partners. <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Warren Dale addressed the Council stating that he did not agree with the <br /> recommendations of the consultant regarding the Civic Cultural Commission. He <br /> outlined many of the activities they support and lead. He opined that group thinking was <br /> not the correct approach when dealing with these recommendations. <br /> He submitted a letter to the City Council regarding the value of this Commission and the <br /> many events it brought to the community last year. <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO. 63 <br /> Page No. 315 <br />
