RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS AT THE NOVEMBER 8, 2011 GENERAL <br />ELECTION A BALLOT MEASURE INCREASING THE TRANSIENT <br />OCCUPANCY TAX <br />2.
