All of the foregoing are set forth <br />in the Lease. <br />2. The Lease Tenn initially commenced July 29, 1996 and the parties agree to further extend the Agreement for <br />a new lease term of five (5) years ( "New Term ") commencing on July, 29, 2011. <br />3. The Lessee leases a portion of the Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property (the "Leased Premises ") and <br />said Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property is described and/or depicted in Exhibit 1 annexed hereto. <br />ATT Master Template _v.20_v.2 <br />
