6.3.B. - Page 32 19.02 Time of Essenex Time is of the essence of this Lease. Attachment 3 19.03 Additional Rent. Any monetary obligations of Lessee to Lessor under the terms of this Lease shall be deemed to be rent, and all references herein to "rent" shall be deemed to include the minimum rent and all other sums paid or payable by Lessee to Lessor hereunder. 19.04 This Lease contains all agreements of the patties with respect to any matter mentioned herein.
