Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services <br />Timeline and Compensation <br />v <br />Consultant services will be provided for a total of approximately 480 hours $110 per hour for a total contract amount not to exceed $52,800, not <br />including additional incidental reimbursements noted below. 00 <br />Services will be provided for a maximum of 20 hours weekly (to be adjusted by the City and the consultant based on meetings, objectives and <br />work products). <br />Billing will be done on a monthly basis by the consultant. <br />Additional incidental reimbursements including mileage (at the approved IRS limit amount) tolls, parking, not to exceed a total of $3,000 during <br />the term of the agreement. <br />
