Water service to such premises may be discontinued by the City <br />in the case of non-payment of the charges established in subdivision A <br />hereof within the time required under subdivision C hereof. The remedies <br />herein established shall be cumulative and in addition to any and all other <br />remedies available to the City for the collection of sewer service charges." <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the rates and charges established pursuant to this ordinance <br />shall be operative August 28, 2003 (the "Operative Date").
