08/25/2003 <br /> <br /> SECTION 8. Repeal. Ordinance No. 2215, adopted July 23, 2001, and all <br />ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 2215, and resolutions authorizing or revising <br />appropriations mentioned therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this <br />ordinance to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, as of the effective date of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9. Effective Date and Operative Date.
