Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt, by resolution, the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />(IS/MND) and the related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program as a <br />Condition of Project Approval. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE REVISED INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED PREZONING AND SUBSEQUENT <br />ANNEXATION OF 1250, 1252, AND 1254 EDGEWOOD ROAD AND THE RELATED <br />MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />2.
