A <br /> Council Member asked if there was a clause to terminate before the four year term and <br /> staff did not think there was. Mr. Bell added that the current agreement will expire June <br /> 30, 2011 and he offered to have some discussions on a possible clause to terminate <br /> early. This Council Member wants to have a termination clause because things change <br /> and she wants to look at alternatives. This Council Member noted that cost <br /> containment need to be looked at.
